Darius Rucker got busted on a minor medication offense in Tennessee - - and from the charge he was set up for ... it essentially sums to a supposed handoff.

Darius was captured for two counts of straightforward belonging/easygoing trade of a controlled substance and one count of an infringement of the state's vehicle enrollment regulation.
